This video dates from 2009 but the music from 1980's so it works in keeping with my musical theme. For some reason I always thought that Debbie Harry did this, so was surprised to not find it under any Blondie works. Nena I guess is whom it was I was remembering. Well, as you will see they look so much alike!
Oh yeah, the English title is 99 Red Balloons, in German 99 Luft (Air) Balloons. It was written as a satire concerning the Berlin Wall and how even balloons were perceived threats....
