I remember 1964 through early 1967 extremely well. I lived on the third story of our home in northern France. I had strung close to one mile of copper wire in the attic for my shortwave radio which allowed me to listen to Radio Caroline, located in the channel between England and Holland. (No, it was nothing like the movie! It was crazier!) The Buckinghams, early Three Dog Night, the Zombies and the Dave Clark Five all were the standards. Of course, Pet Clark and Dusty Springfield, whom I always confuse for one another. Anyway, those were golden days...
